The Second Annual Round Robin Tennis Tournament was held at Bent Tree on Saturday, April 28, 2012. Forty men and women vied for the championship of the tourney which raised $4500 for scholarships for varsity tennis players at Pickens High School.
The women’s champion and runner-up were Wendy Lowe and Lynn Manni, respectively. The men’s section was won by Gerald Hunter, with David Fahner coming in second.
In addition to the $25 fee paid by participants, the tourney was aided by many sponsors.
